There are a number of reports available to help Site Administrators (and other users with relevant permissions) understand user engagement, see which content is the most engaging, and understand the reach of content in Totara Engage.

You can find all of these reports by navigating to Quick-access menu > Reports > Manage embedded reports

User engagement report

The user engagement report can help you to identify the most active and engaged users in your organisation. This can be a useful tool for detecting talent, as you can find users who are leading and contributing to discussions and going above and beyond to develop their skills.

This is an embedded report, meaning you can configure the table to display columns as required:

Resource engagement report

As a Site Administrator it is useful to know how engaging your resources are. This can help you to understand what works well and what doesn't work for your users. More engaging resources will have more likes, shares, comments, and views.

The Resource engagement report is an embedded report showing a range of information about all of the resources on your site. You can add or remove columns from the table as required.
