Following are all the details on the Embedded reports, which are available by default. Each record includes the report name, source, a description, and default columns. Below you will find details of all the potential columns for each report source, listed alphabetically, that you can use to customise any of the Embedded Reports or to create User generated reports.

A category may contain different fields between two different sources.

All enrolled users are included in reports containing course information, including those with ungraded roles such as 'Trainer'.

Unenrolled users are not included in Course level reports (they are in activity level reports).

If a user is running a report with columns which include custom profile fields, report builder will hide these columns from the output unless the user has the totara/core:viewhiddenusercustomfielddata capability or the field is set to visible to everyone.
