This section will show the outcome of any certification import and will log any errors. This allows you to ensure that all records have been successfully imported and the data can then be exported in a range of formats.
Reset report data
To clear import report data, from the Administration menu go to Courses > Upload completion records > Reset report data.
- Tick the box next to Reset course report data to clear course report data.
- Tick the box next to Reset certification report data to clear certification report data.
- Click the Reset selected button to clear the report.
