- Helpdesk request form updates
To enable us to provide a better service to our partners, we've made some minor updates to the support request forms.
We've added two new fields (both fields are multi-select, so multiple options can be chosen):
- Reason for contact - This allows you to pick the reason/s why you're getting in touch and helps us to better identify trends to improve your experience with us and our products.
- Component/s - This allows you to choose the component/s your request is related to.
These small changes will take effect as of Monday 14th March, 2022.
