After enabling a Site Administrator has enabled the EQUELLA repository and configure the relevant settings you can add an instance to a course and/or user on your site. 

Adding a course repository

Before you can add an EQUELLA repository to a course a Site Administrator will need to enable the repository and turn on the 

You will also need to ensure you configure Totara on your EQUELLA instance

  1. Go to the course you wish to add a repository to. 
  2. In the Administration block click Repositories
  3. Click the link Create "EQUELLA repository" instance
  4. Configure the settings.
  5. Click Save

Adding a user repository

Before you can add an EQUELLA repository to a user a Site Administrator will need to enable the repository and turn on the

  1. Go to the Preferences pages for the user you want to add the repository for.
  2. Under Repositories click Manage instances
  3. Click the link Create "EQUELLA repository" instance
  4. Configure the settings.
  5. Click Save.
