Where a Seminar Activity has the Declare interest option enabled, a Declare interest link will be displayed underneath View all events when viewing the Seminar Activity from the course home page. Alternatively, within the event dashboard (visible via View all events) a Declare Interest button displays under the events listing.
After selecting Declare Interest, a learner will be prompted to enter a Reason for interest before selecting Confirm to submit their request or Cancel to discard their request. After confirming, a learner will be returned to the course page and the Withdraw Interest link will now display under the corresponding Seminar Event.
Declarations of interest can be viewed by Site Administrators, Editing Trainers, and Trainers via the Declared interest report.
A learner can cancel their registration of interest at any point using the Withdraw Interest link. After clicking Confirm a learner will be returned to the course home page and the Declare Interest link will now display under the corresponding Seminar Event.
